• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-54 <br />ACCEPTING DONATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />GEORGE REILING <br />WHEREAS, the George Reiling Estate owns certain real property within the City <br />of Lino Lakes legally described as <br />THAT PRT OF GOVT LOT 2 & OF GOVT LOT 4 SEC 30 TWP 31 RGE 22 DESC AS <br />FOL: COM AT NW COR OF SD GOVT LOT 2, TH N 90 DEG E ALG N LINE OF SD <br />GOVT LOT 2 817.09 FT, TH S 44 DEG 17 MIN E 677.23 FT TO POB, THN 44 DEG <br />17 MIN W 677.23 FT, TH N 90 DEG E 505.11 FT TO NE COR OF SD GOVT LOT 2, <br />TH N 47 DEG E TO SHORE OF RICE LAKE, TH SELY ALG SHORE OF RICE <br />LAKE TO A PT N 45 DEG 43 MIN E OF POB, THS 45 DEG 43MIN W TO POB, EX <br />RD, SUBS TO EASE OF REC <br />and <br />WHERAS, the Estate is interested in donating the 3.17 acre parcel to the City of <br />Lino Lakes; and <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of the property is in the best interest of the City for <br />protection of Rice Lake, stormwater management and floodplain mitigation purposes <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that <br />the City hereby accepts the donation of land. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11 `h day of May, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Kusterman, Roeser, Rafferty, Stoes <br />and the following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />u i. e Bartell, Ci ' Cler <br />, Reinert <br />Jeff Reine <br />
