CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-62 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br />2015 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT (SHENANDOAH AREA) <br />WHEREAS, the City is reconstructing streets, completing sanitary sewer maintenance, and <br />drainage improvements, within the Shenandoah Area; and <br />WHEREAS, on April 13, 2015, the City awarded the above-mentioned project to Arnt <br />Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $2,227,975; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed <br />with the construction oversight and administration, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. WSB and Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The <br />engineer shall provide construction services for the making of such improvement. <br />2. City staff is authorized to execute a professional services agreement with WSB and <br />• Associate, Inc., in the not to exceed amount of $148,572.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8`" day of June, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoesz, Rafferty, Roeser, Kusterman, Rein <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />• <br />un <br />ne Bartell, Ci <br />Cl <br />Jeff Rei ert, Mayor <br />
