• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-66 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PUD FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT <br />FOR TURNBERRY CROSSING SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for PUD Final Plan/Final Plat approval <br />for Turnberry Crossing Second Addition hereafter referred to as "Development"; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed `'Development" based on <br />the following plans and information: <br />• Plowe Engineering, Inc. dated May 13, 2015 and received by the City on May 15, <br />2015 <br />• EG Rud & Sons, Inc. dated May 13, 2015 and received by the City on May 15, <br />2015; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on April 8, <br />2015 and the Board recommended approval of the amended PUD Development Stage <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the amended PUD Development Stage <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat with Resolution No. 15-46; and <br />WHEREAS, Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the <br />PUD Final Plan/Final Plat at the June 10, 2015 meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development is not considered premature and meets the <br />performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat is consistent with the amended preliminary plat. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the following building design standards <br />shall apply: <br />• All units shall have full brick or stone columns on the front elevation similar to <br />those on Lots 16-19 and Lots 22-23, Turnberry Crossing. <br />• All units shall have a brick or stone base around the side and rear elevations <br />similar to those on Lots 16-19 and Lots 22-23, Turnberry Crossing. <br />• Lots 20-21, Turnberry Crossing shall have brick or stone on the front elevation <br />extending from the ground to the roofline around the window similar to those on <br />Lots 16-19 and Lots 22-23. <br />• Lots 12-15, Turnberry Crossing and Lots 1-11, Turnberry Crossing Second <br />Addition shall have at a minimum brick or stone on the front elevation from the <br />base to the bottom of the window sill. <br />• Two additional color sidings for a total of four different siding color options have <br />
