• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-70 <br />Approving a Liquor and Special Sunday Sales License for <br />Don Julio Mexican Restaurant for the <br />2015/2016 licensing period <br />WHEREAS, the liquor licensing period for Don Julio Mexican Restaurant will begin <br />later this fall and run concurrent with all city' liquor licenses through June 30, 2016; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve liquor licenses, in some cases, prior <br />to State issuance of a license; <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the application that has been submitted and verified <br />that local licensing regulations are met; <br />WHERAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted the required background <br />investigation for the license renewal; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the liquor license for Don Julio Mexican Restaurant <br />with said approval contingent upon applicant meeting all city and state requirements for said <br />licenses. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of July, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Kusterman, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Julian+ e Bartell, City Q'lerk <br />Jeff Reine v . ♦ a or <br />
