• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-20 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT, <br />LINO LAKES FIRE STATION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the Lino Lakes Fire <br />Station. bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law. and the following bids were <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br />Contractor <br />Base Bid + Alt 1-4 Alternate 5 <br />Jorgenson Construction $3,847,100.00 -$15,800 <br />Langer Construction $3,913,000.00 -$18,000 <br />Parkos Construction $3,915,750.00 -$15,800 <br />Ebert Construction $3,945,676.00 -$15,737 <br />Donlar Construction $4,080,000.00 -$20,000 <br />Tarraf Construction $4,041,000.00 -$16,000 <br />Morcon Construction $4,089,300.00 -$20,000 <br />Rochon Corporation $4,122,100.00 -$15,800 <br />Weber Companies $4,056,000.00 -$13,500 <br />Mark Haug Construction $4,152,245.00 -$15,000 <br />CM Construction Company $4,148,700.00 -$15,000 <br />Terra General Contractors $4.779,637.00 -$15,800 <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Jorgenson Construction is the lowest responsible bidder; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br />1. That the base bid and alternates 1 through 4 are hereby accepted in the amount of <br />$3,847,100.00. <br />2. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />Jorgenson Construction in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction of the <br />Lino Lakes Fire House according to the plans and specifications approved by the City <br />Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, <br />
