• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-52 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AND SUBMITTAL OF AN <br />APPLICATION TO THE LEGISLATIVE -CITIZEN COMMISSION ON MINNESOTA <br />RESOURCES (LCCMR) FOR THE FUNDING OF INTEGRATED WATER <br />MANAGEMENT PLANS FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes is a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the <br />State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the application shall request funds from the Environmental and Natural Resources <br />Trust fund through the LCCMR; and <br />WHEREAS, the application shall request funds to be allocated towards the research and <br />implementation of Integrated Water Management Plans; and <br />WHEREAS, the application shall request funds for an Integrated Water Management Plan <br />specific to the City of Lino Lakes; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council considered the application development and submittal at their <br />• regular meeting on May 11, 2015. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby authorizes submittal to the LCCMR application for funding towards the development of <br />an Integrated Water Management Plan for consideration. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11 th day of May, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Kusterman, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Julia Bartell, City Olerk <br />Jeff Reinert; M yor <br />
