• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03 - 111 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SOLICITOR'S/PEDDLERS LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Bradley Farr and Paul Behan, sales representatives for Monitronics <br />International, Inc., have submitted solicitors/peddlers applications to the city clerk's <br />office; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Farr and Mr. Behan have complied with all of the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 01-89 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for <br />a profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted a background check on Mr. Farr and <br />Mr. Behan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by order of the Lino Lakes City Council, and virtue thereof, the <br />said business, Monitronics International, Inc., is hereby authorized to solicit for a period <br />• of six -months beginning July 15, 2003 and ending January 14, 2003 subject to all <br />conditions and provisions of said ordinance. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of July, 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, ty Clerk <br />• <br />J. geson, Mayor <br />
