CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-117 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE DITCH/POND <br />CLEANING RESTORATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the Ditch/Pond Cleaning Restoration Project <br />has been completed by Arnt Construction Company, Inc. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Final Payment in the amount of $1,612.00 is approved for a total contract <br />amount of $17,036.00. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 28th day of July 2003. <br />• <br />Ann J.
