CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-118 <br />APPROVING THE DISTRIBUTION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br />WORKSHEET FOR PHEASANT HILLS PRESERVE 12TH ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, MN Rules 4410 establishes the requirements for the preparation of an <br />Environmental Assessment Worksheets (EAW); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 02-21 requiring the preparation of an EAW <br />for the -Pheasant Hills Preserve 12th Addition project; and <br />WHEREAS, the project proposer, has submitted data for an EAW; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the submitted data and determined to the best of the City's <br />knowledge that the EAW is complete and accurate; <br />• NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council approves the <br />distribution of the Pheasant Hills Preserve 12th Addition EAW for public comment as required <br />by MN Rules 4410.1500. <br />Adopted bythe Lino Lakes CityCouncil this <br />p ( day of er2003 <br />ATTEST: U �, <br />• <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />• <br />John J. erges#461""%1 <br />on, Mayor <br />
