• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-126 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 6 (FINAL) FOR THE CLEARWATER CREEK <br />BOOSTER STATION. <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the Clearwater Creek Booster Station has been <br />completed by EnComm Midwest, LLC, and; <br />WHEREAS, the one-year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment number 6 (final) in the amount of $12,420.93 is approved for a total <br />contract amount of $115,656.00. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 11t day of August, 2003. <br />Ann J.
