• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03 - 130 <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING ACTING CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Lino Lakes City Administrator has resigned her position, effective September <br />5, 2003; and <br />the position of City Administrator will be vacant for a number of months until a <br />replacement is hired; and <br />as the Director of Administration Dan Tesch serves as Acting City Administrator <br />in the absence of the City Administrator, and <br />serving as Acting City Administrator for an extended period of time represents a <br />considerable amount of additional responsibility <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lino Lakes City Council does hereby appoint <br />Dan Tesch Acting City Administrator, effective September 8, 2003, until a replacement City <br />Administrator assumes the position and grants him a ten percent salary increase for the period <br />during which he serves as Acting City Administrator. <br />/� 0 <br />l -i -p r)Y OU eA' t `S) <br />Ann Blairs <br />ity Clerk <br />n Ber_eson, Mayor <br />
