• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03 - 132 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />Be it resolved that the City of Lino Lakes enter into a grant <br />agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office <br />of Traffic Safety for the project entitled Safe and Sober <br />Communities during the period from October 1, 2003 through <br />September 30, 2004. <br />The Coon Rapids Police Department is hereby authorized to execute <br />such agreements and amendments, as are necessary to implement the <br />project on behalf of the City of Lino Lakes and to be the fiscal <br />agent and administer the grant. <br />I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the City <br />Council of the City of Lino Lakes on August 25, 2003. <br />i <br />B geson, Mayor <br />Ann Bl,ar, City Clerk <br />1 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
