ATTACHMENT A ORDINANCE 17 03 �EOAL DESCRIPTION _ All that part of Lot Eight (81, Auditor's Subdivision No. 107, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Anoka County, Minnesota, that lies East of the line which is parallel to and 660.3 feet East of the most westerly line of said Lot 8, as measured along the South line of said Lot 8. Subject to an easement for' roadway purposes over and across the North 33 feet thereof and, subject to existing highway encumbrances over the Last 33 feet thereof and subject to a perpetual easement for ingress and egress across that part of Lot 8, Auditor's Subdivision No. 107, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Lot 8, distant 324 feet West from the Northeast corner of'said Lot 3; thence southerly at a right angle to said North line 120 feet, thence westerly at a right 100 feet; thence northwesterly to a point on the South line of the North 95 feet of said Lot 8 distant 660.3 feet Fast of the West line of said Lot 8; thence northerly and parallel to said West line 95 feet to the North line of said Lot 8; thence East to the point of beginning.
