City Council <br />Marshan Lake Industrial Park <br />September 22, 2003 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-168 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />FOR MARSHAN LAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for preliminary plat approval for <br />property currently described to -wit: <br />Exhibit A <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant is proposing to subdivide the property into four parcels <br />describes as: <br />Lots 1 - 4, Block 1, Marshan Lakes Industrial Park <br />; and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat approval request is based on the following <br />submittals, prepared by Glenn Rehbein Companies, received by the City on <br />September 3, 2003: <br />1. Preliminary Plat of Marshan Lake Industrial Park <br />2. Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan <br />3. Utility Plan <br />4. Tree Inventory Plan <br />5. Tree Preservation Plan <br />6. Berm Landscape Plan <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting on August 13, 2003, the Planning & Zoning Board <br />conducted a public hearing and recommended approval of the preliminary plat <br />subject to the conditions listed in the meeting minutes; and <br />WHERAS, the proposed preliminary plat meets the requirements of the City's <br />zoning ordinance and subdivision ordinance subject to certain conditions of <br />approval <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the preliminary plat for the Marshan Lakes Industrial Park <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />
