• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-196 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT WATER AND <br />SEWER UTILITY CHARGES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE 2003 PROPERTY TAXES <br />PAYABLE IN 2004 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Section 401.29 and Section 402.14, Subd. 5, the <br />Clerk -Treasurer has prepared a list of properties having delinquent water <br />and sewer charges to be certified to the Anoka County Auditor for collection <br />with the 2003 property taxes, payable in 2004, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has met to consider the certification of such delinquent <br />water and sewer charges, and <br />WHEREAS, notice of such certification was mailed to affected property owners. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />that the Clerk -Treasurer is hereby authorized to certify the delinquent water and sewer <br />charges as indicated on the attached listing to the Anoka County Auditor to be collected <br />with the 2003 property taxes, payable in 2004. <br />• Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota this 27th day of October, 2003. <br />Ann J.
