CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 12-06 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RECONVEYING A PARCEL OF LAND BY THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> The City Council of Lino Lakes,Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br /> I. <br /> The real property described as: <br /> Outlot F, D Erickson 2nd Addition <br /> is owned by the City of Lino Lakes (the "City"). The city council of the City has determined that <br /> the Property is no longer needed by the City for any public purpose. <br /> II. <br /> The city council of the City authorizes reconveyance of the parcel to the State of <br /> Minnesota. The mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute any <br /> documents as may be necessary in order reconvey the Property in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the city charter. <br /> III. <br /> This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following its <br /> passage and publication, in accordance with section 3.09 of the city charter. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of November,2006. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br /> Stoltz and was duly seconded by Council Member O'Donnell and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Stoltz, O'Donnell, Reinert, Carlson, Bergeson <br /> The following voted against same: <br /> none <br /> John Bergeson, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> e Bartell, City dlerk <br />
