Council Member Reinert moved for adoption of the following ordinance: <br /> r5{- 12eadiny : Nov. l3. 2o06 <br /> ,�?a.Sscd: Kov 21 . 2006 <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES Fug l►sited' Dec S► Z-aoC, <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA e-f-Fcc4i ve= 5 ► ZO°7 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 12-06 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RECONVEYING A PARCEL OF LAND <br /> BY THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> The City Council of Lino Lakes,Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br /> I. <br /> The real property described as: <br /> Outlot F, D Erickson 2nd Addition <br /> is owned by the City of Lino Lakes (the "City"). The city council of the City has determined <br /> that the Property is no longer needed by the City for any public purpose. <br /> II. <br /> The city council of the City authorizes reconveyance of the parcel to the State of <br /> Minnesota.
