Subdivision of Commercial and Industrial Lots. The subdivision of <br />base lots into two (2) or more commercial or industrial unit lots to <br />permit individual private ownership of a portion of a single <br />commercial or industrial structure is acceptable subject to the <br />approval of a planned unit development.
