runway of a public airport, the applicant shall notify the Commissioner of <br />the Minnesota Department of Transportation in writing of the plans at least <br />thirty (30) days in advance of making applicable permit requests to the <br />City. The applicant shall provide the Zoning Administrator with any <br />comments received from the Commission of the Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation as part of the required applicable permit request. This <br />local reporting is in addition to any Federal permitting and review <br />processing which may be simultaneously required. <br />D. Accessory Buildings and Structures. <br />1. General Provisions. <br />a. No accessory building or use shall be constructed or developed on <br />a lot prior to the time of construction of the principal building to <br />which it is accessory. <br />b. A building or portion thereof used for an accessory use, other than <br />home occupation, shall be considered as an accessory building. <br />c. No detached accessory building shall be closer to the front lot line <br />than the principal building or its attached garage except within the <br />R, R-X, and R-BR Zoning Districts, provided the accessory building <br />is set back at least one hundred (100) feet from the street right-of- <br />way. <br />d. Setbacks for accessory buildings in all districts shall be determined <br />in accordance with appropriate district provisions. Location of said <br />accessory buildings shall not interfere with the future subdivision of <br />the property, or be located in any utility or drainage easement. <br />e. A garage in residential districts shall not be utilized for business <br />service or industry. Such garage shall not be used for the storage <br />of more than one (1) commercial vehicle having a gross weight <br />rating exceeding eleven thousand seventy-five (11,075) pounds. <br />2. Sport Courts. In all districts, the following standards shall apply to sport <br />courts: <br />a. A building permit shall be required for all private residential and <br />commercial sport courts. <br />b.
