c) The hangar location has direct taxiway access to the <br />Lino Airpark runway. <br />9. Commercial and Industrial Zoning Districts. The following establishes the <br />maximum number, size, and height of accessory buildings allowed in the <br />commercial and industrial zoning districts: <br />a. Only one (1) accessory building shall be allowed not to exceed four <br />hundred (400) square feet except when intended for storage of <br />buses. <br />b. Building setbacks shall not exceed base district requirement. <br />c. Building height shall be limited to twelve (12) feet maximum except <br />when intended for storage of buses per Section 3, Subd. 4.B.2.b of <br />this Ordinance. <br />d. Metal buildings and pole barns are prohibited. <br />e. Roof and exterior color and material shall be compatible with the <br />principal structure. <br />f. Accessory buildings on commercial/industrial sites shall be limited <br />to typical accessory storage uses, no auxiliary commercial/ <br />industrial use shall be allowed within an accessory storage <br />building. <br />g. <br />Site and building plan review shall not be required for accessory <br />building construction as an accessory building that meets the <br />requirements listed herein shall be considered a minor project for <br />the purposes of Section 2, Subd. 5.A of this Ordinance. <br />h. Accessory buildings shall not be located within an easement. <br />i. If the principal building is expanded to cover more of the lot, the <br />accessory building shall be removed if the intended need no longer <br />exists. <br />j• <br />Building permits shall be required as regulated by the State <br />Building Code. <br />Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance General Provisions <br />3-25 <br />
