lighting will comply with this section. The application shall contain the <br />following information, in addition to other required information: <br />a. Site plans indicating the location on the premises of all illuminating <br />devices, fixtures, lamps, supports, reflectors, and other lighting <br />devices. <br />b. Description of the type of illuminating devices, fixtures, lamps, <br />supports, reflectors, and other lighting devices (angle of cutoff). <br />The description shall include, but is not limited to, catalog cuts by <br />manufacturers and drawings (including sections where required). <br />c. Photometric plans illustrating the light emissions, and illumination <br />field of the proposed site lighting. <br />G. Smoke. The emission of smoke by any use shall be in compliance with and <br />regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota <br />Regulation APC 7005, as amended. <br />H. Dust and Other Particulated Matter. The emission of dust, fly ash or other <br />particulated matter by any use shall be in compliance with and regulated by the <br />State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Regulation APC <br />7005, as amended. <br />I. Odors. The emission of odor by any use shall be in compliance with and <br />regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota <br />Regulation APC 7005, as amended. <br />J. Noise. Noises emanating from any use shall be in compliance with and <br />regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota <br />Regulations MPC 7030, as amended and City Code. <br />K. Sewage Disposal. Where allowed, the installation of on -site sewage treatment <br />systems shall be in compliance with the provisions of the State Building Code <br />and applicable State and City codes. <br />L. Waste Material. Waste material resulting from or used in industrial or <br />commercial manufacturing, fabricating, servicing, processing or trimming shall <br />not be washed into the public storm sewer system, the sanitary sewer system or <br />any public water body, but shall be disposed of in a manner approved by the <br />Minnesota State Fire Marshal, the Pollution Control Agency, the Department of <br />Natural Resources and the Zoning Administrator. <br />Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance General Provisions <br />3-31 <br />
