P. <br />3) No landscaping or screening shall interfere with drive or <br />pedestrian visibility for vehicle entering, circulating or exiting <br />the premises. <br />Cart Storage. Retail commercial uses that have customer service <br />carts shall be required to provide ample space for the storage of <br />carts within off-street parking areas, subject to the approval of the <br />Zoning Administrator. The need and specific amount of required <br />cart storage space shall be determined as part of site plan review. <br />When required, cart storage areas shall not occupy required off- <br />street parking space, shall be clearly delineated, and shall include <br />facilities for cart confinement. <br />D. Maintenance. It shall be the joint responsibility of the operator and owner of the <br />principal use, uses and/or buildings to maintain, in a neat and adequate manner, <br />the parking space, access ways, landscaping and required screening. <br />E. Location. All accessory off-street parking facilities required by this Ordinance <br />shall be located and restricted as follows: <br />1. Required accessory off-street parking shall be on the same lot under the <br />same ownership as the principal use being served, except under the <br />provisions of Section 3, Subd. 5.H. and 5.1. <br />2. Spaces accessory to one and two family dwellings shall be located on the <br />same lot as the principal use served. <br />3. Spaces accessory to multiple family dwellings shall be located on the <br />same lot as the principal use served and within two hundred (200) feet of <br />the main entrance to the principal building served. <br />4. Spaces accessory to uses located in a business, industrial or public and <br />semi-public district shall be located, within eight hundred (800) feet of a <br />main entrance to the principal building served. <br />5. No off-street parking space located in a business, industrial or public and <br />semi-public district shall be permitted within a public right-of-way or within <br />fifteen (15) feet of any street surface. <br />6. Off-street parking shall meet the setback standard of the respective <br />zoning district. <br />7 In the case of single family dwellings which lie upon lots smaller than one <br />(1) acre, two family, townhouse and quadraminium dwellings, parking <br />Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance General Provisions <br />3-59 <br />
