e. There shall be no exterior storage of equipment or materials used <br />in the home occupation, except personal vehicles not exceeding a <br />gross weight rating of eleven thousand seventy-five (11,075) <br />pounds used in the home occupation may be parked on the site, <br />unless an administrative parking permit per Section 3, Subd. 5.K of <br />this Ordinance is granted. <br />f The home occupation shall meet all applicable fire and building <br />codes. <br />g. <br />Exterior display of signs except as such are permitted by the sign <br />regulations for the district shall not be permitted. <br />h. When applicable, all state licensing requirements are satisfactorily <br />met. <br />2. Requirements - Residential Districts. <br />a. Permitted home occupations shall not be conducted in any <br />accessory structures on the premises, including attached garages, <br />and shall be confined to the private dwelling unit. <br />b. Permitted occupations shall not include any of the following: <br />1) The operation of any wholesale or retail business unless it is <br />conducted entirely by mail or delivery and does not include <br />the sale, shipment, or delivery of merchandise to the <br />premises. <br />2) More than one chair barber shop or more than one chair <br />beauty salons or dancing or music schools with organized <br />classes of more than one pupil at a time. <br />3) Any activity or function which by its nature and/or effect <br />causes a disturbance to the neighborhood, such as noise, <br />parking, traffic, etc. <br />4) Home occupations which create a need for more than three <br />(3) parking spaces at any given time in addition to the <br />parking spaces required by the occupants shall not be <br />permitted. <br />Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance General Provisions <br />3-71 <br />
