Building Requirements. <br />1. No R-1 subdivision creating a lot less than ten (10) acres shall <br />be permitted in this district without public sanitary sewer and water. <br />G. Permitted Uses. In the R-1 District, no building or land shall be used and no <br />building shall be erected, converted or structurally altered unless otherwise provided <br />herein, except for one or more of the following uses: <br />1.
