Ten (10) feet. <br />2) Accessory Building. Five (5) feet. <br />3) Parking Lot. Five (5) feet. <br />d. Zero Lot Line. Side yard setback requirements shall not be applied <br />to a common wall of a two family dwelling unit. <br />E. Impervious Surface Coverage Area. In no event shall off-street parking space, <br />structures of any type, buildings, or other features cover more than sixty-five (65) <br />percent of the lot area resulting in Tess than thirty-five (35) percent pervious <br />landscaped area. <br />F.
