e. There shall not be less than twenty (20) feet of space between <br />manufactured homes in all directions. <br />f. From R, R-X, R-1, R-1X, R-EC, R-2, R-3, R-4 Zoning Districts. Thirty <br />(30) feet. <br />C. Park Requirements. <br />1. Skirt. All manufactured homes shall have skirts around the entire unit made <br />of metal, plastic, fiberglass or comparable, non-combustible material <br />approved by the Building Official and shall be finished to be harmonious with <br />the manufactured home so that it will enhance the general appearance <br />thereof. <br />2. Parking. The parking of more than one (1) manufactured home on any <br />single lot shall not be permitted. <br />3. Fire Protection. Fire protection shall be in accordance with Minnesota <br />Health Department Rule 187 Fire Protection Regulations. Each occupied <br />manufactured home shall be equipped with a Fire Marshal approved type <br />extinguisher in usable condition. The occupant of a manufactured home <br />shall be responsible for providing such extinguisher. <br />4. Support and Tie Down Systems. The Minnesota Department of <br />Administration Building Code Division Rules for Manufactured Home Support <br />and Tie Down Systems, authorized by Minnesota Statutes Section 327.31 <br />to 327.34, are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this <br />Ordinance as if fully set forth herein. All new and relocated manufactured <br />homes shall be equipped with an anchoring and support system as defined <br />and approved by state rules. <br />5. Construction Material Storage. All construction materials not currently in use <br />for construction shall be stored indoors, or totally screened from the eye level <br />view from public streets and adjacent properties. <br />6. Drainage. Every manufactured home park shall be located on a well drained <br />area and the premises shall be properly graded so as to prevent the <br />accumulation of storm or other waters. <br />7 Common Walks. Where deemed necessary, common walks shall be <br />provided. Such walks shall be a minimum width of three (3) feet. <br />8. Individual Walks. All manufactured homes shall be connected to common <br />Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance Residential <br />Districts <br />6-36 <br />
