Not less than one-half (1/2) the sum <br />of the building heights of the two (2) buildings. <br />C. Height Regulations. No building in the NB District shall be erected or <br />structurally altered to exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height. <br />D. Impervious Surface Coverage. In no event shall off-street parking space, <br />structures of any type, buildings, or other features cover more than sixty-five (65) <br />percent of the lot area resulting in less than thirty-five (35) percent pervious <br />landscaped area. <br />E. Building Requirements. All newly constructed commercial buildings shall <br />meet the exterior building standards of Section 3, Subd. 4.B.4 of this Ordinance. <br />F Permitted Uses. In the NB District, unless otherwise provided in this <br />Ordinance, no building or land shall hereafter be erected, or structurally altered <br />except for one or more of the following uses. <br />1. Adult use — accessory. <br />2. Governmental or public regulated utilities, buildings, or structures <br />necessary for the health, safety, and general welfare of the City. <br />3. Office business — clinic. <br />4. Office business — general. <br />5. Personal services (subject to any licensing requirements of City Code, <br />County or State). <br />6.
