4. Off-street loading as regulated by Section 3, Subd. 6. of this Ordinance. <br />5. Radio and television receiving antennas, satellite dishes, TVROs three (3) <br />meters or less in diameter, short -wave dispatching antennas, or those <br />necessary for the operation of electronic equipment including radio <br />receivers, ham radio transmitters and television receivers as regulated by <br />Section 3, Subd. 15 of this Ordinance. <br />6. Signs, as regulated by the city sign ordinance, Ord. No. 12-97, as <br />amended, of the City Code. <br />7 Parks, playgrounds, or athletic fields accessory to an allowed principal <br />use. <br />H. Conditional Uses. The following conditional uses may be allowed in the PSP <br />District, subject to the provisions of Section 2, Subd. 2. of this Ordinance. <br />1. <br />All schools (public and private) provided that: <br />a. Side yards shall be double that <br />greater than thirty (30) feet. <br />b. Adequate screening from abutting <br />is provided in compliance with <br />Ordinance. <br />required for the district, but no <br />residential uses and landscaping <br />Section 3, Subd. 4.Q of this <br />c.
