• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-215 <br />APPROVING TRANSFER OF EXISTING ON SALE LIQUOR LICENSE FROM <br />DAVID NATHE TO MICHAEL LOVICK, DAMON LAWSON, AND CHRIS <br />MCALPINE D/B/A DM HOSPITALITY <br />AND ISSUANCE OF NEW TOBACCO LICENSE, <br />BOTH FOR THE 49 CLUB, 6007 HODGSON ROAD <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled <br />meeting on November 24, 2003, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed transfer of an existing On -Sale <br />Liquor License for the 49 Club located at 6007 Hodgson Road and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed issuance of a new tobacco license <br />for the new owners of J & K Liquors which will be Michael Lovick, Damon Lawson, and <br />Chris McAlpine, d/b/a DM Hospitality, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an investigation of the applicant, and; <br />WHEREAS, the existing establishment, as well as the new applicant are both in <br />compliance with City Ordinance, and; <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and paid the <br />necessary fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the tranfer of an existing On -Sale liquor license for the 49 Club, <br />and the issuance of a new tobacco license subject to all the fees, provisions and <br />conditions of the laws of the city, state and of the federal government. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 2'1 day of No ✓ • <br />ATTEST: <br />, 2003. <br />
