CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-229 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.1 AND PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 2R — <br />21S7 AVENUE STREET AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the project has been begun, <br />AND WHEREAS, quantity changes were required for the 21st Avenue Street and Storm Sewer <br />Improvements Project, <br />AND WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is spelled out in the Change Order; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Change Order No.1 in the amount of $5,373.75 and Pay Request No. 2R in the amount of <br />$129,401.81 is approved for the 2161 Avenue Street and Storm Sewer improvements Project. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 15th day of December 2003. <br />
