Cedar St. <br />Lino Lakes, Anoka County <br />Control Section 0282 <br />Dear Ms. Bugge: <br />The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has reviewed the latest update of the <br />Northpointe plat in compliance with Minnesota Statute 505.03, subdivision 2, Plats. and has the <br />following comments: <br />Water Resources: <br />A MnDOT drainage permit is required. <br />The project area appears to outlet <br />to an intermittent <br />sheam and wetland area that crosses I-35E <br />right -of --way <br />through a centerline <br />culvert that flows <br />from southwest to northeast. <br />The applicant will need to submit plans with hydraulic calculations showing that flows to <br />MnDOT right-of-way remain the same or are reduced when comparing the existing to the <br />proposed conditions. Drainage area maps with flow arrows for the drainage areas that affect <br />MnDOT right-of-way should be included. The maps labeling should relate to the submitted <br />calculations. <br />The Drainage permit application can be found at: <br />http•//www.dot.state mn.us/utilit /�pdf/permits/drainage-form-complete.pd£ A drainage <br />permit checklist is attached to this review letter.
