The Planning & Zoning Staff Report dated July 8, 2015 details the proposed rezoning. The <br />Planning & Zoning Board held a public hearing on July 8, 2015. There were four public <br />comments supporting the rezoning. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Planning & Zoning Board and staff recommend approval of the rezoning of 15 parcels <br />from R-1, Single Family Residential and 2 parcels from R -1X, Single Family Executive <br />Residential to R, Rural based on the findings detailed in Ordinance No. 07-15. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
