Council Member Carlson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-81 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS - 2001 21st AVENUE STREET AND STORM SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 23rd day of April, 2001, fixed a <br />date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of 21St Avenue and Northern <br />Lights Boulevard by constructing roadways, storm sewer, and ponding. <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held earlier this evening, at which time all persons desiring <br />to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The improvement is hereby ordered. <br />2. The City Engir,eer, John FoVveIl, is hereby designated as the engineer for ,his <br />improvement. "i h_: angineer shal! prepare plans and specifications for the making of <br />such <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11th clay -61f June, 2001. <br />Jean V.. -e -r7, Deputy City Clerk <br />The otion for adoption of the f egoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Dahl and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favorthereof: Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell, and Reinert <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly assed, adopted and <br />approved by the City Council on June 11, 2001. <br />Jean g = , Deputy City Cler <br />
