Council Member O'Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 01-86 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING PUBLIC HEARING— LINO LAKES MARKETPLACE IMPROVEMENTS. WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Council adopted May 14, 2001 and August 13, 2001, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Apollo Drive, from Lake Drive to the east; and Lake Drive from I -35W to north of 77th Street; by constructing sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, and streets, and this report was received by the City Council on August 27, 2001, and, WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such sanitary sewer in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on the 24th day of September, 2001, in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
