Council Member O'Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-86 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING PUBLIC HEARING— <br />LINO LAKES MARKETPLACE IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Council adopted May 14, 2001 and August <br />13, 2001, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the <br />improvement of Apollo Drive, from Lake Drive to the east; and Lake Drive from I -35W to <br />north of 77th Street; by constructing sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, and <br />streets, and this report was received by the City Council on August 27, 2001, and, <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost-effective, and feasible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such sanitary sewer in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on the 24th day of September, <br />2001, in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give <br />mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 27th day of Aua. , 2001. <br />\TYN \l ,,,\. <br />Jen iger, Deputy Cit,lerk <br />n J. ergeson, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, Reinert and O'Donnell <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted and <br />approved by the City Council on August 27, 2001. <br />iger, Deputy City lerk <br />
