4111 01-92 <br />Council Member Reiner t <br />• <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-92 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR LINO LAKES FAMILY DENTISTRY <br />FOR A NEW SITE ON APOLLO DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for site plan review; and <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is: <br />INSERT LEGAL <br />;and <br />WHEREAS, site plan is generally consistent with the zoning regulations and performance <br />standards; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board reviewed this request at their June 13, 2001 meeting <br />and they recommend approval subject to conditions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the site plan for Lino Lakes Family Dentistry subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The site plan is revised such that all driveways and parking areas meet required setbacks. <br />2. Parking shall meet ADA standards. <br />3. Building materials used for the exterior facade are to be specified and must conform to <br />the materials allowed for commercial uses. <br />4. The site plan is revised to identify any exterior light patterns and a photometric plan is <br />provided illustrating the illumination pattern of all site lighting. <br />5. The landscape plan is revised to indicate all seeded or sod areas and measures for <br />watering the full area. The landscape plan is subject to further review for consistency <br />with CPTED Standards. <br />6. All utilities, easements and grading plans are subject to review and approval of the City <br />Engineer. <br />7. Site access is subject to review and approval of the City Engineer and Anoka County. <br />8. Park dedication requirements are satisfied in the based upon current City policies and <br />Ordinances. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of July , 2001 <br />
