01-94 <br />Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-94 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />BEHM'S FARM PARK ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Behm's Farm Park Addition was approved with <br />Resolution 01-06 by the City Council on May 29, 2001, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Behm's Farm Park Addition received by the City complies <br />with City requirements, and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 01-06 included conditions of approval which require that <br />Ordinance 01-01 and Ordinance 02-01 be in effect before the final plat is recorded and <br />these ordinances will become effective July 18, 2001, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Behm's Farm Park Addition. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City will not release the signed plat for recording <br />prior to July 18, 2001. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council ' 9th <br />J. <br />day of July , 2001. <br />Jog927 <br />Bergeson, Mayor <br />EST: <br />Jean �:er, Deputy Cler <br />
