Council Member Dahl <br />adoption. <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-97 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATIONS FROM CIRCLE -LEX LIONS CLUB AND <br />CENTENNIAL FIRE DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the Circle -Lex Lions Club and Centennial Fire District supports the Lino Lakes <br />Parks and Recreation Department and, <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Parks and Recreation Department is administering the football <br />program; and <br />WHEREAS, the Circle -Lex Lions Club and Centennial Fire District have expressed their desire <br />to assist the city in providing equipment to the teams in this program. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />Council accepts the $500 donation from the Circle -Lex Lions Club and the $1000 donation from <br />the Centennial Fire District to help purchase team equipment for this newly formed Lino Lakes <br />Park and Recreation Department Football Program. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of July, 2001. <br />Jea <br />ige <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Th motion for the adoptio <br />Reinert <br />of the fo <br />JohnXergemdn, Mayor <br />egoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />n vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, Reinert and O'Donnell <br />The following against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
