Council Member O'Donnell <br />and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01 - 101 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />Be it resolved that the City of Lino Lakes <br />agreement with the Minnesota Department of <br />of Traffic Safety for the project entitled <br />Communities during the period from October <br />September 30, 2002. <br />The Public Safety Director/Chief of Police is hereby authorized <br />to execute such agreements and amendments, as are necessary to <br />implement the project on behalf of the City of Lino Lakes and to <br />be the fiscal agent and administer the grant. <br />I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the City <br />Council of the City of Lino Lakes on July 23, 2001. <br />enter into a grant <br />Public Safety, Office <br />Safe and Sober <br />1, 2001 through <br />Jean er, Deput <br />erk <br />JohnfBer son, Mayor <br />The m mon for the ado•tion of the foregoing resolution <br />seconded by Council Me 'ber Carlson and upon vote <br />taken thereon, the f� lowing voted in favor thereof: <br />Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, Reinert and O'Donnell. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />was duly <br />being <br />
