01-107 <br />Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-107 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT AND PRELIMINARY <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR LINO LAKES MARKETPLACE <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for preliminary plat/preliminary development <br />plan approval for Lino Lakes Marketplace, and <br />WHEREAS, A public hearing was opened before the Planning & Zoning Board for the <br />preliminary plat and rezoning on February 13, 2001 and was closed July 11, 2001, and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 16-01 rezones the subject property to Planned Development Overlay <br />District, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat and preliminary development plan are in conformance with the <br />requirements of Section 9. Subdivision 3 of the zoning ordinance related to Planned <br />Development Overlay Districts, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby approves <br />the preliminary plat, for Lino Lakes Marketplace prepared by Westwood Professional Services, <br />Inc., dated 8/8/01, received by the city of Lino Lakes on 8/8/01 and the preliminary development <br />plan, for Lino Lakes Marketplace prepared by Parsons Transportation Group, Inc., dated 7/30/01, <br />and received by the City of Lino Lakes on 7/31/01. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the approval is subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Approval of the Planned Development Overlay Rezoning (Ordinance 16-01). <br />2. The Preliminary Development Plan be revised as follows: <br />a. Eliminate the 36 parking stalls shown as "Proof of Parking" on the north side of the <br />Kohl's (Lot 8) parking lot. <br />b. Include concrete pavement treatment for crosswalks. <br />c. Modify lighting levels along the north side of Lot 8 to meet ordinance requirements of <br />0.4 foot candles at property line. <br />d. Remove the single user monument sign from Outlot D. <br />3. Final Plat shall provide language dedicating Outlot C to the City of Lino Lakes. <br />
