CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-88 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS AND COVENANTS <br />FOR PROJECT SPECIFIC WETLAND REPLACEMENT <br />BIRCH STREET TURN LANES AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the Birch Street Turn Lane and Utility improvement project required mitigation of <br />wetland impacts; and <br />WHEREAS, a portion of the required mitigation will be completed on-site, and <br />WHEREAS, such improvements are subject to the requirements of the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, the RCWD permit no. 15-038 requires a Declaration of Restriction and Covenants <br />for Project Specific Wetlands, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants for Project Specific Wetland <br />Replacement and authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of August, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
