(E) Conditional Uses — Subject to applicable provisions of this chapter, the following are <br />conditional uses in the NC District (requires a conditional use permit based upon procedures set <br />forth in and regulated by § 153.034): <br />(5) Veterinary <br />Hugo — Sec. 90-104. — General Business District (C-2) <br />Intent - The purpose of the C-2, general business district is to provide for the establishment of <br />service and freestanding commercial businesses, including retail sales, offices, and restaurants, <br />which are oriented toward motorists and require high volumes of traffic and visibility from major <br />roads. <br />(B) Permitted Uses <br />(18) Veterinary Clinic — Small Animal <br />(D) Conditional Uses — Following are conditional uses allowed in the C-2 district and <br />require a conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by section 90- <br />37. Additionally, besides the specific standards and criteria, which may be cited below for <br />respective conditional uses, each request for a conditional use permit shall be evaluated, based <br />upon the standards and criteria in section 90-37. <br />(18) Veterinary Clinic — Large Animal <br />Lexington — 8-16 Neighborhood Business (B-1) Zone <br />Intent - This zone is intended to accommodate neighborhood shopping facilities to serve the <br />needs of the surrounding residential area. Generally, they should be planned facilities and should <br />be located as recommended in the Comprehensive Plan. This zone should be oriented to the <br />residential neighborhood, and should have a roadway system which will be adequate to <br />accommodate the anticipated vehicular traffic. <br />8-16 (d) Conditional Uses (Permitted only with Board of Adjustment approval) <br />2. Animal Hospital or Clinic or clinic, provided that all exterior walls are <br />completely soundproofed; and further provided that animal pens shall be <br />completely within the principal building and used for the medical treatment of <br />small animals. <br />Maplewood — Division 8, - NC Neighborhood Commercial District <br />Intent - To preserve land for the use of businesses that are compatible with adjacent residential <br />land uses. Uses are limited to offices and smaller retail uses that cater to convenience shopping. <br />Pedestrian and bicycle access are to be emphasized. <br />Sec. 44-427. — Permitted Uses - Any of the following uses are permitted, provided that <br />the floor area of all buildings in any one NC neighborhood commercial district shall not exceed <br />3,000 square feet: <br />M <br />
