COUNCIL MINUTES August 24, 2015 <br />APPROVED <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />DATE : August 24, 2015 <br />TIME STARTED : 6:30 p.m. <br />TIME ENDED : 8:00 p.m. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Council Member Stoesz, Kusterman, Rafferty, <br />Roeser, and Mayor Reinert <br />MEMBERS ABSENT . <br />Staff members present: City Administrator Jeff Karlson; Community Development Director Michael <br />Grochala; City Engineer Diane Hankee; City Planner Katie Larsen; Public Safety Director John <br />Swenson <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />There were no public comments. <br />SETTING THE AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Roeser moved to approve Consent Agenda Items lA through 1H, except Item 1B, <br />as presented. Council Member Kusterman seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Consent Item 1B as presented. Council Member Stoesz <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote; Council Member Roeser abstained. <br />Council Member Stoesz questioned an expenditure for the payment of door repair at the Centennial <br />District Fire Station.
