CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-96 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR CEDAR CREEK ENERGY <br />WHEREAS, Jake Spiess, Representative for Cedar Creek Energy, has submitted a peddlers <br />license application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Jake Spiess has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the Lino <br />Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check on <br />the company representatives that will be working in Lino Lakes, Mr. Jake Spiess; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the request of Jake Spiess, Cedar Creek Energy, to travel throughout Lino Lakes offering free <br />energy audits for solar & energy efficiency electrical projects for a period of six -months <br />beginning September 29th, 2015 and ending April 29th, 2015. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of September, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
