§ 1011.07 APPLICABILITY. <br />All land disturbing activity may be subject to standard erosion and sediment control BMPs. A <br />grading, erosion and sediment control permit and/or a stormwater management permit shall be <br />required for projects that meet or exceed the thresholds established in §§ 1011.010 and 1011.011. <br />§ 1011.08 EXEMPTIONS. <br />The following land disturbing activities will be exempt from the grading, erosion and sediment <br />control and stormwater management permit requirements of this chapter: <br />1) Cemetery graves. <br />2) Routine agricultural activity such as tilling, planting, or harvesting of agricultural, <br />horticultural, or silvicultural (forestry) crops. <br />3) Emergency work necessary to protect life, limb, or property. <br />§ 1011.09 TECHNICAL REFERENCE. <br />The following documents shall be used for technical reference: <br />1) The Lino Lakes Surface Water Management Plan. <br />2) The Lino Lakes Engineering Design Details. <br />3) The Lino Lakes Standard City Specifications. <br />4) The Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) Rules. <br />5) The Vadnais Lakes Area Watershed Management Organization (VLAWMO) Rules. <br />GRADING, EROSION, AND SEDIMENT CONTROL <br />§ 1011.010 GRADING, EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL REQUIREMENTS. <br />1) Grading, erosion and sediment control (ESC). A grading, erosion and sediment control <br />(ESC) permit including a grading, erosion and sediment control plan shall be required for all <br />proposed land disturbing activity unless otherwise exempted in this chapter that meets any or all <br />of the following: <br />draft 06-15 ECS Ordinance.docx <br />9/29 <br />
