CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-113 <br />APPROVING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF LINO LAKES AND THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REGARDING WEST CEDAR STREET PAVING <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville and the City of Lino Lakes desire to enter into a <br />Joint Powers Agreement to improve West Cedar Street by paving a bituminous roadway <br />between 20th Avenue S (CSAR 54) and a point approximately 1,650 feet east of 20th <br />Avenue S (CSAH 54). <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville is responsible for $10,000 as its share of the project. <br />The remaining portion of the project, estimated to cost $125,000, shall be paid by the <br />City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes approves the Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Centerville. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of October, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />and <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />
