Hankee, City Engineer <br />MEETING DATE: October 26, 2015 <br />TOPIC: Consider Resolution No. 15-116, Adopting Assessments, Saddle <br />Club <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 Vote Required <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The City Council is to adopt assessments for the Saddle Club Development pursuant the <br />Development Agreement. <br />BACKGROUND <br />The following development project is substantially complete, and therefore City Staff is prepared <br />to adopt the assessments accordingly: <br />Development Development Agreement Date <br />Saddle Club February 9, 2015 <br />The total amount to be assessed is $219,212.00. In the above referenced Development <br />Agreement, the property owner waives any and all procedural and substantive objections to the <br />special assessments. <br />The developer has reviewed and approved the assessments. Attached is a breakdown of the <br />Saddle Club assessments. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve Resolution 15-116, Adopting Assessments, Saddle Club which Requested Connection to <br />City Utilities. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
