He offered clarifications regarding what branches of <br />21 government receive property tax revenues, who deals with mass transit, savings related to the new fire <br />22 service, the power of the city to make the Legacy at Woods Edge property a park, the role of the city <br />23 council in business development, and campaign regulations regarding rides to the polls. <br />24 <br />25 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />26 <br />27 The agenda was approved as presented. <br />28 <br />29 CONSENT AGENDA <br />30 <br />31 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Consent Agenda Items 1 A, 1B and 1 E as presented. <br />32 Council Member Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />33 <br />34 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Consent Agenda Items 1C and 1D as presented. Council <br />35 Member Roeser seconded the motion.
