§1103.09 Public Utilities, Railroads, Roads and Bridges <br />This section previously covered Manufactured Homes/Travel Trailers and Travel Vehicles which has <br />been moved to section 1103.10. Public Utilities, Railroads, Roads and Bridges is a new section; <br />however it incorporates portions of old section 1103.08 Subdivisions and adds the following: <br />Subpart 1) Building Site requires floodproofing or elevation above RFPE for public <br />utilities and facilities in floodplain <br />■ Subpart 2) Public Transportation Facilities <br />■ Subpart 3) On -Site Water Supply and Sewage Treatment Systems <br />§1103.10 Manufactured Homes, Manufactured Home Parks, Recreational Vehicle Parks, and <br />Recreation Vehicles <br />This is a new section, Manufactured Homes, Manufactured Home Parks, Recreational Vehicle Parks, <br />and Recreation Vehicles was previously located in section 1103.09, title has been changed. Significant <br />language was amended, added and reorganized in this section. The following is a summary of the <br />changes made in this section: <br />1) Manufactured Home Parks <br />■ Adds new manufactured home parks and expansion to existing parks are prohibited in <br />all floodplain districts, unless exemption criteria are met <br />2) Manufactured Homes <br />■ Adds the placement of new or replacement manufactured homes are prohibited in the <br />Floodway District <br />■ Adds standards and requirements for placement of new or replacement manufactured <br />homes in the Flood Fringe District <br />■ Adds same vehicular access requirements as required for new subdivisions <br />3) Recreational Vehicle Parks <br />Prohibits new RV parks or expansion to existing RV parks in all floodplain districts unless <br />exemption criteria are met <br />4) Recreational Vehicles <br />■ Adds exemption criteria for new RV parks and expansions to existing RV parks <br />§1103.11 Administration <br />This is a new section, Administration was previously located in 1103.04.
