CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-132 <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT LIFESAVER GRANT <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department be authorized to enter into a cooperative <br />agreement with the Office of Justice Programs in the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for <br />Project Lifesaver. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of the Lino Lakes Public Safety <br />Department is hereby authorized to execute such agreements and amendments as are necessary to <br />implement the project on behalf of the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this day of , 2015 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
