01-112 <br />Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-112 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY IN THE <br />SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 32 <br />WHEREAS, the City has received and application for the minor subdivision of property, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City's zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations provide for and <br />establish requirements for minor subdivisions, and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed minor subdivision meets those requirements, provided the <br />conditions of approval listed below are fulfilled, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Lino Lakes City Council approves the <br />proposed minor subdivisions as described by the attached document entitled "Proposed <br />Lot Splits" by Mattke Surveying & Engineering, Inc., date 5/4/00 and received by the <br />City June 12, 2001. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following conditions of approval apply: <br />1. Parcels C and F are not buildable lots. Parcels C and F shall be either attached to the <br />adjacent Carlson property to total ten acres or more or incorporated into a plat that <br />includes ten acres or more. This Resolution 01-112 shall not be certified by the City <br />until the preliminary plat is approved. <br />2. The Junes property shall be combined into one tax parcel. <br />3. Parcels D and H shall be dedicated to the City of Lino Lakes for road right of way <br />when the plat referred to in condition number one is recorded. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council t <br />,'2001 <br />John J.
